Maryana Nanmova is a Russian powerlifter who became a sensation at 12 years was the youngest girl to even bench 154 pounds. She is the first female under-18 who participated in the professional powerlifting tournaments.

 In March 2015 she participated in the Arnold Classic, establishing the female record in the event Arnold BenchBach, lifting 150 kg (331 lbs).  Now 13 years old, little Maryana started with a 220-pound lift, then followed up with a lift of 230 before successfully tackling an astounding 240 pounds!

Phil Burgess who runs the website vikingstrength.com once interviewed Maryana Naumova where she shared her experience. According to her she was an active child and her mother noticed this trait and admitted her to Aerobic Gymnastics. She liked watching girls who bench pressed. Maryana loves to travel and meet people, her fans and also her idols who at times advise her to become a better athlete.

Varya looks as beautiful and young as girls of her age and does not take any supplements or medicines for forceful work like weight lifting. The world’s strongest toddler, Liam Hoekstra was born in 2005. He has various medical conditions, and so he was given up for adoption by his biological mother. Since then he has been living with his adopted parents Neil and Dana Hoekstra in Roosevelt, Michigan. They adopted him and fostered him till date.

Liam’s first display of his super strength was when he was 5 months old. He did an iron cross. 

Neil and Dana were startled to watch it. Soon they started sending Liam for gymnastics. Neil and Dana made Liam join the Cassell Gymnastics and Dance.

 After numerous checks and tests, Liam was diagnosed with Muscle hypertrophy. This was a rare myostatin related condition. The body builds up muscles speedily while inhibiting body fat.

Experts say that this condition can be rarely found in humans.  Little Liam can sit on a sofa munching potato chips while watching his favorite TV series and his body would continue to naturally rip.  Liam can gorge on ice creams and chicken without worrying about his weight.   He is a Japanese school boy obsessed with Bruce Lee. He idolises Brucelee and performs his moves which are taking the internet by storm. Little Ryusei is often regarded as ‘Mini Bruce Lee’ who has been watching the Kung Fu King’s movies since he was one.

 The youngster first shot to internet fame when replicated Lee’s nunchuck moves almost perfectly in 2015. 

 His father Ryuji Imai said, “The phrase Bruce Lee used to say ‘don’t think, feel’, I can see that feeling coming out of Ryusei’s face,” “It’s the coolest. I love Bruce Lee and so does Ryusei.” Since then, his sizable following on Facebook and Instagram has grown rapidly.

The 10-year-old has posted countless videos to his Instagram page, showcasing his lightning fast punches and jaw-dropping roundhouse kicks. The school boy has a gruelling daily training regime which includes one-handed push-ups using his knuckles, runs and floor exercises.

Unsurprisingly, his muscular frame has drawn plenty of attention for fans on social media, as well as his peers at school.

“I want him to devote himself to what he loves with an honest heart,” his father told Barcroft TV. “And never give up. As long as he remembers that and enjoys himself.”

Little Hercules is no other than Richard Sandrak (born 15 April 1992). He is an Ukrainian-born, American bodybuilder, martial artist and actor. He is known for his muscular physique. A documentary was also made on him as, “The World’s Strongest Boy.”

 Just like all other ambitious parents, his parents moved to the States and began Sandrak’s training with one of the best coaches, Frank Giardina.  Although Sandrak states his father never forced him into bodybuilding. “I’ve never been forced to train or do anything against my will”, he said. “My parents used to train all the time and I wanted to join in. It was mostly my choice. It’s just what I grew up doing. I was never forced. It was never an issue.” 

He always followed a strict diet and was never allowed to eat junk foods.  He easily could do splits and bench-press three times his own body weight, and claims that less than 1 percent of his body weight was fat, which can be lethally low. Many medical experts claimed that he was given steroids but the family turned down all the claims. 

Sandrak was reported in an Inside Edition interview in 2015 saying that he quit bodybuilding when he became bored with it. He also said that he would like to become an engineer for NASA.
