We would recommend this product if you have dry skin, normal skin, and light oily skin. If you have sensitive skin then use it once a week as it sticks on the face and hurts to pull out, repeated usage might irritate the skin. If you have excessively oily skin you should not use this product often as it produces more oil when used twice or thrice a week.
