Healthkart Return & Return Policy
You can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods.However one must ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. You must remember that opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Also, products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers, combos sold cannot be returned.
In case of refund, there are two modes of refund at Healthkart:
HealthKart Cash – If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your HealthKart wallet as HK cash.
Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was initially used to make the transaction.
